Dave Oste has almost 20 years of experience in the field of diamond manufacturing. Holding a Master’s in Industrial Science, he always has focused on developing new technologies and software for diamond manufacturing. Over the last decade, Dave has been combining leading several R&D projects and managing a skilled craftspeople team. Dave is also deeply involved in the HB Academy, the training institute for young diamond professionals.
