Job description:

  • Registering, sorting, franking correspondence
  • Encrypt, classify and archive documents
  • Monitor stock, determine shortages  – Place orders
  • Enter letters, tables, … according to instructions
  • Receive people and identify their question
  • Do copy work
  • Answering phone calls – Transferring to the requested interlocutors – Write down a message
  • Compile administrative files
  • Check data, data update, returns or reminders
